It’s not plastic! Your Lush products are packaged in eco-pop chips, a potato starch-based packing material which biodegrades quickly in water and soil.

Solid products are shipped naked, liquids and creams in minimal black pot packaging. Made from 100% recycled plastic, we ask you to return your black pots to the store in order to close the loop and keep the Lush plastic supply completely self-sufficient and out of landfill.

Our dedicated teams want to ensure you receive your products as soon as possible; however, during sale periods, your order might take longer to be delivered and fall outside of our regular lead times. The exact delivery date will be confirmed when your order has been dispatched, and tracking information is available, but delivery times may be affected by stock availability, courier availability, and the courier's delivery area. We will send you an email when your order has been dispatched.

A minimum order of KWD 10 is required for products.

Spend KWD 30 or more to enjoy FREE Delivery!

Estimated within 2 working days from the order date, excluding any Holidays. Standard delivery times may be longer during busy periods. 

Delivery Fee:

For orders under KWD 30, a small fee applies based on your location: KWD 2 (Nearest Zones) or KWD 3 (Far Zones).

KUWAIT Working Day Delivery:

Order Delivery timing between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM Saturday - Thursday.
